With over 20 years of focus on die-casting of lighting structural parts, SOTEN has built an engineering and technology R&D team of more than 50 professionals, along with a production team of over 300 people. We have constructed a full-process closed loop from feasibility evaluation, mold design and development, to die-casting, machining, powder coating and finished product inspection, realizing integrated production services.

The company is equipped with die-casting machines of various tonnages and a full range of CNC
processing equipment. We focus on core products such as commercial lighting die-castings, industrial lighting heat sinks, and lamp body components, with a monthly capacity of 1 million pieces. We can efficiently undertake large-volume orders, ensuring both production capacity and product quality.

With a professional team of over 50 senior engineers and technicians, our R&D department is capable of fully independent product development, integrating thermal design, mould fabrication, aluminum die casting, surface finishing and comprehensive testing. This enables effective project management, reliable process control and significantly shortened lead times.
